WMH Education Assistant

Job Description

Provides administrative support for training programs, onboarding and employee growth offerings.

Responsibilities to include coordinating educational programs, managing training logistics, maintaining employee records and assisting with content development to ensure organizational learning goals are met.

Must demonstrate excellence in organization, communication and technical skills.


Job Requirements

  • Requires the ability to communicate
  • Word Processing Experience (MS Word), Medical Terminology and General Office Skills
  • High School Diploma or GED Required
  • Further Education in Clerical/ Secretarial skills preferred;
  • Dictation/transcription skills a plus

Constantly: (Exists 75% or more of the time) Repetitive typing.

Frequently: (Exists 25-75% of the time) Standing; sitting with back support; lifting and carrying 0-25 lbs. pushing and pulling 0-15 lbs

Occasionally: (Exists 5- 25% of the time) Walking; reaching (overhead, forward, lateral, low); stooping (bend at waist); crouching (bend at knees); kneeling; twisting; balance; pushing and pulling 40-75 lbs.; exposure to slippery surfaces.

Rarely: (Exists under 5% of the time) Climbing; crawling; pushing and pulling 75-100 lbs.; operating motor vehicles; exposure to infect hazards.

Sensory Requirements Visual: Close paperwork, VDT used; Hearing: conversation, monitoring equipment, telephone, background noise; Sensory Discrimination.
