WMH LPN/MA - Triage Call Center

Job Description

Provides comprehensive nursing care and clinical support to multiple clinic locations within the organization, with a primary station at Clarks Summit clinic. The role involves assisting the healthcare teams across various sites to unsure high quality patient care and consistency in clinical practices between clinics. The nurse may occasionally travel to other clinic locations as needed to offer hands-on support, training and collaboration.

Job Requirements

• Graduate from an accredited school for Licensed Practical Nurses OR
• Certified Medical Assistant
• Participates in educational conferences and updates/maintains professional knowledge and skills related to areas of practice.
