WOMEN'S APPAREL SAMPLE COORDINATOR

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Women’s Fashion Sample Coordinator to manage and oversee all sample inventory (2000+ samples) for our women’s apparel collections. This role is essential in supporting the design, production, and sales teams by ensuring samples are tracked, maintained, and delivered on time for meetings, photoshoots, trade shows and events.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain all women’s apparel samples from development through production
• Track incoming and outgoing samples using inventory systems or spreadsheets
• Coordinate sample requests for internal teams
• Prepare and organize samples for photoshoots, line reviews, market appointments, and trade shows
• Ensure samples are steamed, tagged, organized, and presentation-ready
• Conduct regular inventory audits and resolve discrepancies
• Maintain a clean, organized sample room

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in fashion, apparel production, or sample coordination preferred
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• High attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a deadline-driven environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Strong communication skills and team-oriented mindset
• Passion for women’s fashion and industry trends
