Our esteemed Women's Ethnic Wear Label, ITROSCA, earlier known as "it" A Way of Life, which has graced the Indian fashion landscape for 21 years and is showcased in over 500 leading Multi-Brand Outlets nationwide, invites applications to join our expanding Design Team. This is a unique opportunity for talented designers to contribute to the growth of our brand through the creation of innovative designs and concepts.

Responsibilities:

• Design seasonal collections for Spring/Summer and Autumn/Winter, following concept guidelines provided by our creative head to define the look of the season or special collections.
• Conduct thorough market analysis to stay abreast of current fashion trends, customer preferences, and competitor strategies.
• Develop intricate embroidery concepts and motifs, drawing inspiration from both Indian and international designers.
• Ensure the creation of precise designs that align with market trends and adhere to our brand's philosophy, thereby maintaining a high design success rate and achieving set targets.
• Collaborate closely with the Fabric Department, Pattern Makers, Tailors, and Cutting Masters for sample development and oversee the sampling process from start to finish.
• Coordinate the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and photo shoots for each season.
• Travel to various cities for fabric and material sourcing as per current trends.

Preferred Qualifications:

• A background in fashion design.
• A keen eye for detail and a deep understanding of the ethnic wear market.
• Excellent coordination and communication skills to manage cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work creatively within a team and independently.
