We are seeking a talented and professional female Hairdresser/Hairstylist to join our ladies' salon team. The ideal candidate should be skilled in providing a full range of hair services in a friendly, comfortable, and professional environment for female clients only.

You will be responsible for understanding client needs, suggesting suitable hairstyles, and delivering high-quality hair services while maintaining excellent hygiene and customer care standards.

Responsibilities:

• Perform haircuts, blow-dries, styling, and finishing for female clients
• Provide hair coloring, highlights, root touch-ups, and treatments
• Suggest suitable hairstyles based on face shape and client preference
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of tools and workstation
• Ensure a welcoming and comfortable environment for clients
• Keep up with latest hair trends and beauty techniques

Skills

Proven experience as a female hairdresser / hairstylist (preferred 1-2 years)

Good knowledge of hair cutting, styling, and chemical treatments

Experience in hair coloring techniques (balayage, highlights, etc. is a plus)

Strong communication and customer service skills

Friendly, professional, and well-groomed personality

Ability to work in a team in a salon environment

Knowledge of salon hygiene and safety practices

Cosmetology or beauty course certification preferred but not mandatory
