Position Overview:

Medical Assistants
In this role, responsibilities include taking vital signs, rooming patients, performing charting (experience with Athena electronic records preferred; training available), assisting with OBGYN procedures, conducting non-stress tests, and performing phlebotomy. Additional duties include preparing charts, answering phone calls, returning patient calls, obtaining prior authorizations for medications and procedures, verifying insurance, and providing front desk support as needed. We are happy to provide training to help expand your skills.

Qualifications:

• At least two years of experience in OBGYN or women’s health care required
• Valid Washington State license Medical Assistant or equivalent
• Proficiency with electronic medical records (experience with Athena preferred)
• Strong time management, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Bilingual in Spanish or Russian is a plus
• Personable, reliable, and trustworthy

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $27.50 per hour
