Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner (FNP/WHNP) – PRN (1 Day/Week) | GYN & Hormone Therapy | Wesley Cha

Position Overview

Wiregrass Direct Primary Care is seeking an experienced and confident Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner (FNP or WHNP) for a PRN position (1 day per week) focused on gynecologic care and hormone optimization services.

This role is ideal for a provider who enjoys women’s health, procedural work, and developing long-term patient relationships in a modern, patient-focused practice. You will primarily provide GYN services and hormone replacement therapy, including pellet procedures, within a supportive and efficient clinical environment.

Scope of Practice

• Well-woman exams and preventive care
• Pap smears and cervical cancer screening
• Evaluation and management of menopausal symptoms
• Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT), including pellet therapy
• IUD and Nexplanon insertion/removal (if trained)
• Evaluation of common gynecologic concerns (irregular menses, vaginal symptoms, etc.)
• Patient education on hormone health, wellness, and preventative care

Procedural Focus

• Hormone pellet insertion (training available if needed)
• Women’s health procedures (Pap, IUD, Nexplanon)
• Optional participation in wellness services through affiliated medical spa

Compensation

Flexible compensation structure based on experience and involvement:

• Hourly or Daily Rate (PRN): Competitive

• Revenue Share Model: Percentage of collections from hormone therapy and procedures Ideal for providers seeking supplemental income with strong earning potential tied to services performed

Schedule

• 1 day per week (consistent day preferred)
• Flexible scheduling options
• Potential to expand days based on patient demand

Qualifications

• Licensed Nurse Practitioner in Florida (FNP or WHNP)
• Experience in women’s health required
• Comfortable performing pelvic exams and Pap smears
• Experience with hormone therapy preferred (pellet experience a plus, not required)
• Strong communication and patient education skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with bioidentical hormone replacement therapy (BHRT)
• Prior experience with pellet insertion
• Experience in aesthetics or wellness services (optional, not required)
