We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Outpatient Nurse Practitioner to join our team at Bosque Women's Care, a leading provider of women's health services in Albuquerque, New Mexico. As a full-time member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work in a collaborative environment with a gynecologic surgeon, two nurse practitioners, and a physician assistant, providing exceptional patient care and contributing to our mission of delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.

About Our Practice:

Our practice is dedicated to providing comprehensive women's health services, including minimally invasive surgeries, treatment of endometriosis, fibroids, PCOS, and breast cancer survivor gyn care. Our team is committed to staying up-to-date with the latest medical advancements and technologies, ensuring that our patients receive the best possible care.

Job Functions:

• Work closely in a collaborative environment with MD, Nurse Practitioners, and Physician Assistants and team of excellent medical assistants
• Provide outpatient gynecologic care, including annual and health maintenance exams, problem visits, and procedures such as EMBs, IUD placements, Nexplanon placement, and colposcopies
• Conduct telehealth visits (4-8 hours/week) and provide patient education and counseling as needed
• Teach patients and staff, as well as NP and PA students, on various women's health topics
• Review test results and communicate with patients and staff in a timely and effective manner
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records using our electronic medical record system

Requirements:

• Certified Nurse Practitioner License from the NM Board of Nursing and Board Certified Nurse Practitioner
• Unrestricted license and active DEA license
• 1 year of women's health experience OR 2-5 years of primary care with an emphasis on women's health
• Ability to work autonomously with appropriate on- or off-site supervision/collaboration from MD
• Positive, cheerful attitude and professional demeanor
• Experience with computers, including electronic medical records, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), and Adobe PDF documents
• BLS required, ACLS preferred
• Preference given to bilingual/Spanish speaking candidates
