As part of our commitment to personal development, we are seeking a Women’s Empowerment, Confidence, and Personal Development Coach & Motivational Speaker to lead sessions that inspire, educate, and motivate our team, especially women, on grooming, self-esteem, and personal growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct grooming workshops focusing on self-care, confidence-building, and professional image.

Deliver motivational talks to encourage personal and professional development.

Share insights on personal branding, communication skills, and overall self-presentation.

Develop and lead group discussions on empowerment, leadership, and career growth.

Collaborate with HR to align sessions with the company’s values and objectives.

*Qualifications:*

Proven experience as a motivational speaker or in personal development.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Expertise in grooming, fashion, and self-care.

Passionate about empowering women and fostering personal growth.

Comfortable speaking in front of diverse groups.
