Women’s Soccer Coach & Recruiter – Viareggio Cup Select Team (Italy Travel Opportunity)

Job Description:
Westchester United F.C. is seeking a motivated and well-connected Women’s Soccer Coach & Recruiter to help build our Viareggio Cup Select Team competing in the prestigious Viareggio Cup in Italy (February/March 2027).

This is a unique opportunity to identify, recruit, and develop top female players while being part of an international tournament experience against professional clubs from around the world.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and recruit talented female players (birth years approx. 2007–2011)
• Leverage your network to bring players into our ID events and tryouts
• Actively promote and represent Westchester United F.C. within your soccer community
• Support and participate in team training sessions and evaluations
• Assist in building a competitive roster for international competition

Requirements:

• Proven experience coaching girls/women’s soccer (club, high school, college, or equivalent)
• Strong network and direct access to female players for recruitment
• Ability to bring players to scheduled tryouts and ID events
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Passion for player development and international competition

Compensation & Benefits:

• $200-$500 monthly stipend
• 10% commission per player you recruit who: Attends a tryout, Is selected to the team, Completes registration (Typical commission: $300–$400 per player)

About the Viareggio Cup:

The Viareggio Cup is one of the most prestigious international youth tournaments in the world, featuring top professional clubs such as AC Milan, Juventus, Inter Milan, and more. This experience combines elite competition with international travel and cultural exposure throughout Tuscany, Italy.

Pay: $200.00 - $500.00 per month
