Women’s Wear Designer

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Women’s Wear Designer to join our fashion team. The ideal candidate should have a strong sense of style, knowledge of current trends, and the ability to design attractive and market-ready women’s clothing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create original design concepts for women’s apparel including casual, formal, and seasonal collections
• Research fashion trends, colors, fabrics, and styles to develop new ideas
• Prepare sketches, mood boards, and technical drawings for production
• Select suitable fabrics, trims, and materials for each design
• Work closely with pattern makers, tailors, and production teams
• Ensure designs meet quality, budget, and timeline requirements
• Make revisions based on feedback and market demand

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Fashion Design or a related field
• Proven experience as a Women’s Wear Designer or similar role
• Strong sketching and creativity skills
• Knowledge of fabrics, garment construction, and fashion trends
• Ability to use design software such as Adobe Illustrator or CorelDRAW
• Good communication and teamwork skills

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in retail or fashion brand environment
• Understanding of local and international fashion markets
• Ability to handle multiple projects under deadlines
