Woo Commerce Developer

MnM Tech Solution is looking for a skilled WordPress & WooCommerce Developer who thrives on the backend. While we appreciate a good eye for design, this role is specifically for a logic-driven developer who can build custom functionality, extend existing plugins, and optimize complex e-commerce ecosystems. You won't just be "building sites"—you’ll be engineering solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Custom Plugin Development: Architect and develop bespoke WordPress plugins from scratch to meet specific business requirements.
• WooCommerce Customization: Modify core WooCommerce functionality using hooks (actions and filters) without hacking the core files.
• API Integration: Connect WordPress sites with third-party APIs (payment gateways, CRMs, ERPs, and shipping providers).
• Performance Optimization: Audit and optimize database queries and code execution to ensure lightning-fast load times.
• Troubleshooting: Debug complex conflicts between themes and plugins in a high-stakes production environment.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• The Big Three: Expert-level proficiency in PHP, MySQL, and JavaScript.
• WordPress Core: Deep understanding of the WordPress database structure and API (REST API, Metadata, etc.).
• WooCommerce Mastery: Proven experience customizing the checkout flow, product types, and account pages.
• Frontend Basics: Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and jQuery (enough to make the backend logic look seamless).
• Version Control: Comfortable using Git in a collaborative team environment.

Bonus Points If You Have:

• Experience with Gutenberg block development (React.js).
• Knowledge of Timber/Twig or Sage (Roots.io) frameworks.
• Experience with high-traffic e-commerce scaling.
