WooCommerce / WordPress Developer

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, customize, and maintain WordPress websites and WooCommerce stores.
• Maintain and enhance integrations between WooCommerce, NetSuite,

and Precisely PIM, ensuring accurate data flow and operational reliability.

• Build and optimize custom themes and plugins following industry best practices.
• Ensure website performance, responsiveness, and security across all devices.
• Integrate third-party APIs, payment gateways, and shipping modules.
• Collaborate with designers, project managers, and other developers to deliver high-quality digital solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve website issues in a timely manner.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies, trends, and updates in WordPress/WooCommerce ecosystems.

Requirements

• 2+ years of hands-on experience with WordPress & WooCommerce.
• Strong knowledge of PHP, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery.
• Experience in custom theme & plugin development.
• Familiarity with page builders (Elementor, WPBakery, Gutenberg, etc.).
• Understanding of REST APIs, JSON, AJAX, and MySQL.
• Knowledge of SEO principles, website performance optimization, and security best practices.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.

Good to Have

• Experience with Shopify or other eCommerce platforms.
• Familiarity with version control systems (Git).
• Prior experience in agency or eCommerce-based projects.
