Job Overview:

Al Ameen Industries LLC is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Experienced Wood Furniture Texture Painter to join our manufacturing and production team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in surface preparation, color mixing, and applying specialized texture paints to wooden furniture and retail fixtures. You will play a crucial role in ensuring our custom woodwork meets the premium aesthetic and durability standards our clients expect.

Key Responsibilities:

• Surface Preparation: Expertly prepare wooden surfaces by sanding, filling, masking, and priming to ensure a flawless base for paint application.
• Texture Painting & Application: Mix and apply various specialty texture paints, stains, and decorative finishes to wood furniture and display fixtures according to specific design requirements.
• Coating & Finishing: Apply topcoats, clear coats, PU (Polyurethane), NC (Nitrocellulose), and water-based finishes using spray guns and other professional painting equipment.
• Quality Control: Inspect finished products to ensure a consistent, high-quality finish free of runs, sags, or uneven textures before they move to the final assembly or shipping phase.
• Equipment Maintenance: Clean, safely operate, and maintain all painting equipment, spray booths, and tools to ensure optimal performance and workplace safety.

Job Requirements & Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 2–4 years of proven experience as a Wood Painter, Polish Carpenter, or Texture Paint Specialist within the UAE furniture manufacturing, fit-out, or joinery sector.
• Skills:
• Deep understanding of different wood types and how they react to various paints and textures.
• Strong familiarity with mixing ratios, color matching, and operating industrial spray painting equipment.
• Ability to read and follow production work orders and design specifications.
• Basic verbal communication skills in English (Hindi/Urdu is a plus).
• Attributes: Exceptional attention to detail, strong physical stamina, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure to meet tight production deadlines.
