Position Summary:

The Sales Manager – Hardwood (Local Market) is responsible for managing and expanding the company’s hardwood sales within the domestic market. The role involves developing and maintaining strong customer relationships, identifying new market opportunities, leading a sales team, and ensuring consistent revenue growth in line with company objectives. The ideal candidate has in-depth knowledge of the local hardwood industry, market trends, and client requirements.

· 5+ years of experience as Wood Sales Manager in UAE, preferably in hardwood, wood products, or building materials.

· Maintain an in-depth understanding of hardwood species, grading, applications, and industry trends.

· Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.

· Ability to build long-term customer relationships.

· Strong analytical skills and understanding of local market dynamics.

· Achieve or exceed monthly and annual sales targets for hardwood products.

· Conduct market visits, sales meetings, and customer presentations.

· Develop competitive pricing proposals and negotiate contracts.

· Collaborate with procurement to align supply with market demand.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
