Overview
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Woodshop Worker to join our manufacturing team. This role involves working in a dynamic environment focused on woodworking, cabinetry, and custom fabrication projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in carpentry, woodworking, and construction-related skills, with the ability to operate various tools and equipment safely and efficiently. Prior experience in restoration, remodeling, or the restoration industry is a plus. Duties
- Operate hand tools, power tools, CNC machinery, and fabrication equipment to produce custom wood products
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings for accurate project execution
- Cut, assemble, and install cabinetry, fixtures, doors, siding, and other wood components
- Perform heavy lifting and material handling to support manufacturing processes
- Assist with framing, trim carpentry, drywall installation, and other construction tasks as needed
- Conduct quality inspections to ensure products meet specifications and safety standards
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment within the woodshop
- Support restoration projects involving water damage remediation, mold remediation, or structural repairs involving wood components
Requirements
- Proven experience in woodworking, carpentry (including trim and frame carpentry), or related construction fields
- Familiarity with blueprint reading and schematics for fabrication and installation projects
- Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, CNC machines, and other manufacturing equipment safely
- Experience with construction estimating, concrete forming, plastering, rebar installation, roofing, flooring installation, tile laying, electrical work, plumbing, masonry or related trades is advantageous
- Knowledge of the restoration industry or experience with water damage restoration is a plus
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and work on large-scale projects involving siding or fixture installation
- Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills
- Prior construction site experience preferred but not required; willingness to learn is essential

Pay: $16.00 - $35.00 per hour
