WordPress Designer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented WordPress Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for design, excellent knowledge of WordPress themes and builders, and the ability to turn client requirements into visually appealing and functional websites. You will be responsible for both the design and implementation of websites using WordPress, ensuring an exceptional user experience across all devices.

Key Responsibilities:

· Design and develop fully responsive WordPress websites using tools like Elementor, Divi, or Gutenberg

· Customize WordPress themes and templates to meet project and client needs

· Create wireframes, mockups, and design layouts using Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch

· Ensure websites are optimized for speed, performance, SEO, and accessibility

· Collaborate with developers, content writers, and project managers to deliver high-quality web projects

· Maintain and update existing WordPress websites, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements

· Integrate plugins and third-party tools (e.g., WooCommerce, contact forms, payment gateways)

· Follow best practices in UI/UX design, cross-browser compatibility, and mobile-first development

· Stay up to date with the latest trends in WordPress, web design, and development

Requirements:

· Proven experience as a WordPress Designer or similar role

· Proficiency with WordPress CMS, page builders (Elementor, Divi, WPBakery), and themes

· Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and basic JavaScript

· Strong design skills with a good sense of aesthetics, typography, and layout

· Experience with responsive and mobile-first design

· Familiarity with SEO principles, website performance optimization, and accessibility standards

· Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

· Excellent communication and time management skills

Preferred Qualifications (Optional):

· Experience with WooCommerce and e-commerce site design

· Familiarity with Git or version control systems

· Basic understanding of web hosting, DNS, and cPanel

· Experience with Adobe Creative Suite or similar design tools
