WordPress Developer

Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled WordPress Developer to design, develop, and maintain dynamic websites and web applications. The ideal candidate will have expertise in building custom themes, plugins, and ensuring seamless functionality, performance, and security of WordPress websites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, customize, and maintain WordPress websites, themes, and plugins.
• Convert design mockups (Figma/PSD/Adobe XD) into fully functional WordPress websites.
• Ensure responsive, user-friendly, and SEO-optimized websites.
• Integrate third-party APIs, plugins, and payment gateways.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues.
• Perform regular updates, backups, and website security checks.
• Optimize website performance (speed, caching, database optimization).
• Collaborate with designers, content writers, and other developers to deliver high-quality websites.
• Stay updated with the latest WordPress trends, technologies, and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a WordPress Developer.
• Strong knowledge of PHP, MySQL, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery.
• Experience with Elementor, WPBakery, Divi, or other page builders.
• Knowledge of WooCommerce and eCommerce website development.
• Experience with custom theme & plugin development.
• Familiarity with SEO best practices and website analytics tools.
• Knowledge of web hosting, cPanel, domain management, and DNS.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications (Optional):

• Experience with Laravel, React, or other frameworks.
• Knowledge of REST API & Headless WordPress.
• Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
• Experience in website migration and performance tuning.

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (preferred, not mandatory).
• 1–3 years of proven work experience as a WordPress Developer.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
