About the Role

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented WordPress Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining responsive and high-performing WordPress websites. You will work closely with our design, marketing, and content teams to deliver customized digital solutions that meet client or organizational needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, customize, and maintain WordPress websites, themes, and plugins.
• Convert Figma/Adobe XD/Sketch designs into fully functional WordPress websites.
• Ensure websites are responsive, fast, and optimized for SEO and performance.
• Integrate third-party APIs, plugins, and tools as needed.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues related to website functionality and performance.
• Stay updated with the latest WordPress trends, technologies, and best practices.
• Collaborate with designers, content creators, and marketing teams to implement website features.
• Manage website security, backups, and version control.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience as a WordPress Developer (portfolio required).
• Strong proficiency in PHP, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery.
• Experience with page builders (Elementor, WPBakery, Divi, etc.).
• Ability to create and customize WordPress themes and plugins.
• Familiarity with MySQL databases and hosting environments (cPanel, Plesk, etc.).
• Strong understanding of SEO principles, website performance optimization, and responsive design.
• Knowledge of version control systems (Git) is a plus.
• Problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with WooCommerce and other eCommerce platforms.
• Knowledge of REST APIs and custom integrations.
• Familiarity with ReactJS, VueJS, or other front-end frameworks is an added advantage.
• Understanding of UI/UX best practices.
