Maintain and update the WordPress site regularly, ensuring optimal performance and security.

Manage staging and production environments, ensuring all changes are tested before deployment.

Periodically update WordPress themes and plugins, ensuring compatibility and stability.

Content Creation & Publishing

Design and develop responsive landing pages using WordPress and custom HTML/CSS.

Publish and format blog posts, case studies, infographics, press releases and job postings with SEO best practices.

Collaborate with internal teams to gather content and ensure timely publishing.

Newsletter Development

Develop and code internal and external newsletters using HTML and CSS.

Ensure newsletters are responsive and compatible across email clients.

Coordinate with marketing and HR teams for content and timely delivery of newsletters.

Quality Assurance

Conduct thorough testing of new features and content before pushing to production.

Monitor site analytics and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.

Troubleshoot bugs and resolve issues promptly.

Requirements

Proven experience managing WordPress websites (custom themes, plugins, page builders).

Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.

Familiarity with staging workflows and deployment best practices.

Experience with SEO optimization and responsive design.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

Good communication skills and attention to detail.

Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)

Experience with newsletter platforms (e.g., Mailchimp).

Familiarity with PHP and WordPress theme development.

Basic graphic design skills (e.g., Canva, Figma, Photoshop).

Understanding of accessibility and performance optimization.
