Wordpress Developer

Position Overview: As a WordPress Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and managing WordPress websites. You will work closely with our design and content teams to create visually appealing, functional, and responsive websites. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of WordPress core, themes, plugins, and best practices for web development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Website Development and Maintenance:
• Develop custom WordPress themes and plugins based on project requirements.
• Customize existing themes and plugins to meet client needs.
• Ensure websites are responsive, user-friendly, and cross-browser compatible.
• Perform regular updates and maintenance on existing WordPress sites.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to WordPress sites and plugins.
• Design and User Experience:
• Collaborate with designers to translate UI/UX designs into functional WordPress websites.
• Implement best practices for SEO and website performance optimization.
• Ensure websites adhere to accessibility standards and provide an excellent user experience.
• Technical and Security Management:
• Monitor and enhance website performance, including load times and security.
• Implement security measures to protect websites from threats and vulnerabilities.
• Backup and restore websites as needed.
• Project Management:
• Work with project managers and clients to gather requirements and provide updates.
• Estimate project timelines and deliver high-quality work within deadlines.
• Document development processes and maintain accurate records of changes.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Proven experience as a WordPress Developer with a portfolio of completed projects.
• Skills:
• Proficiency in WordPress, PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and MySQL.
• Experience with popular page builders (e.g., Elementor, WPBakery) and frameworks.
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Understanding of SEO principles and website optimization techniques.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
