Job Title: WordPress Developer

We are looking for a skilled and passionate WordPress Developer with 2–3 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have expertise in custom theme and plugin development, website optimization, and API integrations, with strong frontend and backend knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Develop, customize, and maintain WordPress websites.

• Create and modify WordPress themes and plugins as per project requirements.

• Ensure websites are optimized for speed, SEO, and performance.

• Work with REST APIs and third-party integrations.

• Ensure responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and mobile optimization.

• Troubleshoot and debug WordPress-related issues.

• Collaborate with designers, developers, and project managers to deliver high-quality websites.

• Maintain code quality, security, and version control (Git).

Skills & Qualifications

• 2–3 years of proven experience in WordPress development.

• Strong proficiency in PHP, MySQL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery.

• Experience with custom theme and plugin development.

• Familiarity with WordPress hooks, filters, and coding standards.

• Hands-on experience with page builders (Elementor, WPBakery, etc.).

• Knowledge of REST API integrations.

• Experience with Git/Version control.

• Understanding of SEO best practices and website optimization.

• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments is a plus.
