Job Title: WordPress Frontend and Backend Developer

Location: Onsite – Pashan Baner Link Road, Pune

Role Description:

We are seeking a skilled WordPress Developer proficient in both Frontend and Backend Development. The ideal candidate should be capable of building custom WordPress themes, plugins, and responsive websites from scratch while ensuring high performance and excellent user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, customize, and maintain WordPress websites (themes, plugins, custom post types, etc.)
• Work on both frontend (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap) and backend (PHP, MySQL) components
• Convert Figma/PSD designs into responsive WordPress websites
• Optimize website speed, security, and SEO best practices
• Manage website updates, bug fixes, and feature enhancements
• Integrate third-party APIs and ensure compatibility with WordPress architecture
• Collaborate with designers, SEO, and content teams to ensure smooth project delivery

Required Skills and Experience:

• 1–3 years of experience in WordPress development
• Strong understanding of PHP, MySQL, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery
• Experience with custom theme and plugin development
• Familiarity with Elementor, WPBakery, ACF, WooCommerce
• Knowledge of website performance optimization and debugging tools
• Experience with Git or other version control systems is a plus

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and in a collaborative environment
