WordPress Developer

About the Role:

We’re looking for a passionate WordPress Developer with strong knowledge of WordPress, WooCommerce, CSS, and JavaScript to join our digital team. The ideal candidate should be able to build and customize websites, maintain eCommerce stores, and ensure smooth performance across all devices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain responsive WordPress websites.
• Customize WordPress themes and plugins as per project requirements.
• Implement and manage WooCommerce and other eCommerce functionalities.
• Write clean, efficient HTML, CSS, and JavaScript code for UI/UX improvements.
• Optimize website performance, loading speed, and SEO readiness.
• Troubleshoot issues, debug errors, and perform regular website maintenance.
• Collaborate with designers, marketers, and content teams to deliver engaging web experiences.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of professional experience in web development.
• Strong understanding of WordPress CMS, including custom themes and plugins.
• Experience with WooCommerce and eCommerce website setup.
• Proficient in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, and basic PHP.
• Familiar with responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
• Understanding of website optimization, performance tuning, and basic SEO principles.
• Good communication and time management skills.

Bonus Skills (Good to Have):

• Knowledge of Elementor page builders.
• Familiarity with Git, cPanel, or FTP.
• Experience in website migration and backup management.
• Understanding of UI/UX principles.
