THE ROLE:

As a WordPress Developer, you will be at the forefront of crafting engaging websites for our diverse clients, ranging from startups to established enterprises. Your expertise will help businesses establish a strong online presence and achieve their goals.

What You’ll Do:

• Responsive Design: Ensure every website looks and functions flawlessly across devices.
• Performance Optimization: Improve site speed, performance, and SEO to drive client success.
• Custom Development: Build and customise WordPress themes and plugins tailored to client needs.
• API Integration: Connect WordPress websites with third-party services to enhance functionality.
• Collaborate: Work closely with our designers, marketers, and project managers to deliver seamless solutions.
• Problem Solving: Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve issues to maintain a high-quality user experience.
• WooCommerce Expertise: Set up, customise, and optimise WooCommerce for e-commerce clients.
• Stay Current: Keep up with the latest WordPress and web development trends to innovate for our clients.

YOU’RE A GREAT FIT IF:

• You have 1.5+ years of experience in WordPress development.
• You’re proficient in HTML, CSS, and basic PHP.
• You’re familiar with WordPress theme and plugin customisation.
• You have experience working with page builders like Elementor, WPBakery, or Gutenberg.
• You have a basic understanding of WooCommerce and its functionality.
• You’re eager to learn and stay updated on WordPress trends and best practices.
• You’re familiar with SEO basics and understand the importance of website performance.
• You’re comfortable troubleshooting and resolving common WordPress issues.
• You’re organised, detail-oriented, and capable of managing tasks independently.

Bonus: Experience with JavaScript, API integrations, or Git is a plus but not required.
