We are seeking a Senior WordPress Developer with strong technical expertise and creative problem-solving skills to lead our web development projects. The ideal candidate should have deep experience in custom WordPress development, theme and plugin customization, performance optimization, and managing complex websites. Responsibilities

• Lead the development and customization of WordPress websites
• Create and maintain custom themes and plugins
• Work with Elementor, Gutenberg, or custom builders to deliver high-quality designs
• Optimize website performance, security, and SEO best practices
• Collaborate with designers, content creators, and project managers to deliver polished results
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues efficiently
• Ensure responsive and cross-browser compatibility
• Guide and mentor interns or junior developers on best practices

Requirements

• 3+ years of proven experience in WordPress development
• Strong knowledge of PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and MySQL
• Experience with Elementor / Gutenberg and WordPress hooks & APIs
• Familiarity with website optimization tools and techniques
• Understanding of version control (Git)
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Good communication and teamwork abilities
