Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and proficient WordPress Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, customizing, and maintaining WordPress websites with a strong focus on performance, functionality, and user experience. You should have expertise in WordPress themes, plugins, and custom coding, along with an eye for design and detail.

Key Responsibilities

● Design, develop, and maintain WordPress websites, themes, and plugins.

● Customize existing themes and plugins to meet business requirements.

● Ensure website performance optimization (speed, responsiveness, and scalability).

● Integrate third-party APIs, payment gateways, and other external services.

● Troubleshoot and resolve website issues, bugs, and security vulnerabilities.

● Collaborate with designers, content creators, and marketing teams to implement web

projects.

● Stay updated with the latest WordPress trends, tools, and technologies.

● Conduct regular website testing, backups, and updates.

● Maintain strong documentation for custom solutions and workflows.

Requirements

● Proven experience as a WordPress Developer (portfolio required).

Strong knowledge of PHP, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery.

● Experience with page builders (Elementor, WPBakery, Gutenberg, etc.).

● Proficiency in WordPress theme and plugin development/customization.

● Understanding of MySQL databases and website hosting environments (cPanel, VPS,

etc.).

● Familiarity with SEO best practices and website performance optimization.

● Knowledge of version control tools (Git/GitHub).

● Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

● Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

● Experience with WooCommerce, LMS, or membership sites.

● Knowledge of REST API and headless WordPress setups.

● Familiarity with modern frameworks (React, Vue, Next.js) is a plus.

● Prior experience in working within an agency or fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹360,000.00 - ₹420,000.00 per year
