<Responsibilities>
- Develop, customize, and maintain WordPress websites to meet client specifications and business goals.
- Implement responsive web design principles to ensure optimal performance across devices.
- Integrate third-party plugins and APIs to enhance website functionality and user experience.
- Optimize websites for speed, SEO, and accessibility to maximize visibility and engagement.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to translate wireframes and mockups into fully functional websites.
- Manage version control using GitHub or SVN to track changes and facilitate team collaboration.
- Conduct testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure smooth operation across browsers and platforms.
- Automate deployment processes using CI/CD pipelines with tools like Jenkins or GitLab CI for efficient updates.
<Experience>
- Proven experience developing custom WordPress themes and plugins with PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery.
- Strong understanding of front-end technologies including Bootstrap, SCSS, Angular, React (preferred), and responsive web design techniques.
- Familiarity with server management and deployment environments such as Linux, AWS, Docker, Tomcat, or Azure.
- Knowledge of database systems like MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQLite, Microsoft SQL Server, or MongoDB for data management.
- Experience working within Agile methodologies using tools like Jira or Trello to manage workflows effectively.
- Understanding of web services including RESTful APIs, SOAP, GraphQL for integrating external systems.
- Ability to implement SEO best practices and optimize websites for search engines.
- Knowledge of DevOps practices including version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, system architecture planning, and automation tools like Ansible or Jenkins.
