Wordpress Developer

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled WordPress Developer to design, develop, and maintain WordPress websites and applications. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in WordPress, a good eye for design, and the ability to create responsive, high-performance websites that meet business and user requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, customize, and maintain WordPress websites
• Build and modify WordPress themes and plugins
• Ensure website performance, security, and scalability
• Convert designs (Figma/Adobe XD/PSD) into functional WordPress themes
• Optimize websites for speed, SEO, and mobile responsiveness
• Troubleshoot and fix bugs, compatibility, and performance issues
• Integrate third-party APIs, plugins, and tools
• Manage website updates, backups, and version control
• Collaborate with designers, content creators, and marketing teams

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience as a WordPress Developer or similar role
• Strong knowledge of WordPress core, themes, and plugins
• Proficiency in PHP, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and MySQL
• Experience with page builders (Elementor, Gutenberg, WPBakery, etc.)
• Understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with WooCommerce and e-commerce websites
• Familiarity with SEO best practices
• Knowledge of Git/version control
• Experience with website security and performance optimization
• Basic knowledge of UI/UX design principles
