Position Summary:

We are seeking a Web & Graphic Designer with strong skills in WordPress front-end and back-end development, along with graphic design abilities for creating banners, social media content, and other creative assets. The ideal candidate will be able to maintain, enhance, and optimize our website while producing visually engaging designs that align with our brand.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and update the WordPress website, including both front-end and back-end tasks.
• Implement website changes, new features, plugins, and design improvements.
• Design creative banners, social media posts, digital content, and marketing graphics.
• Ensure all designs are consistent with brand guidelines and visually appealing.
• Collaborate with the team to conceptualize and implement online campaigns.
• Optimize website for performance, speed, and user experience.

Requirements:

• Proven experience with WordPress development (front-end and back-end).
• Strong graphic design skills and creative ability.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or Figma.
• Understanding of responsive web design, UI/UX principles, and basic SEO.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines efficiently.
• Strong communication skills and collaborative attitude.
• Portfolio showcasing WordPress projects and graphic design work is a must.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with e-commerce websites, Elementor, or WooCommerce.
• Video editing or motion graphics skills (optional but a plus).
• Knowledge of social media content strategy.
