WordPress Developer – Elementor, Performance & Conversion Focus

We’re a growing digital marketing agency looking for a reliable, English-speaking remote WordPress Developer based in Pakistan or Bangladesh to help build, optimize, and maintain high-performing marketing websites for our clients.

Most of our websites are built using WordPress and Elementor, so strong experience with Elementor and modern WordPress development practices is required.

This role focuses on building fast, mobile-friendly, SEO-ready websites designed to generate leads. We are looking for someone who has a strong eye for design, understands conversion-focused layouts, and can use AI tools to assist with content structure and copy development.

You should be comfortable building well-designed websites using reference examples. We often provide inspiration websites or layout references rather than full design files, so you must be able to recreate clean, modern layouts using your own design judgment.

While we do not always provide Figma or PSD files, you should be able to work from them if they are provided.

The ideal candidate can build quickly, follow structured processes, troubleshoot issues, and make smart decisions about layout, user experience, and performance.

Basic coding knowledge (HTML, CSS, and basic troubleshooting) is preferred but not required at an advanced level.

Applicants must be dependable, detail-oriented, able to work efficiently, and have a stable internet connection.

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
