WordPress Developer (Frontend & Backend)

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled WordPress Developer with strong knowledge of both frontend and backend technologies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, customizing, and maintaining WordPress websites, ensuring high performance, responsiveness, and security.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain WordPress websites and themes
• Customize existing themes and plugins or build custom solutions from scratch
• Develop responsive user interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frontend frameworks
• Handle backend development using PHP and MySQL
• Integrate third-party APIs, plugins, and tools
• Optimize website performance, speed, and SEO
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve website issues
• Ensure website security and apply best practices
• Collaborate with designers, content creators, and other developers

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong experience with WordPress CMS
• Proficiency in frontend technologies:
• HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript
• Responsive design and cross-browser compatibility
• Proficiency in backend technologies:
• PHP
• MySQL / database management
• Experience with WordPress themes, plugins, and custom post types
• Knowledge of REST APIs and third-party integrations
• Familiarity with version control systems (Git)
• Understanding of website performance optimization and security best practices

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with page builders (Elementor, Gutenberg, WPBakery, etc.)
• Knowledge of modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Vue, etc.)
• Basic understanding of UI/UX principles
• Experience with WooCommerce development
• Familiarity with SEO and accessibility standards

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
