WordPress Developer (Full-Time)

Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Full-Time WordPress Developer to join our team in Karachi. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in custom WordPress theme and plugin development, along with a solid understanding of modern web technologies and responsive design. Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain custom WordPress websites, themes, and plugins.
• Collaborate with design and content teams to deliver visually appealing and functional web solutions.
• Ensure all websites are responsive, optimized for performance, and SEO-compliant.
• Troubleshoot and resolve website issues across various browsers and devices.
• Integrate third-party APIs, plugins, and external services when required.
• Manage and maintain website backups, updates, and security.
• Stay current with the latest WordPress and web development best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 2+ years of professional experience in WordPress development.
• Strong proficiency in PHP, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/jQuery, and MySQL.
• Proven experience with custom theme and plugin development.
• Familiarity with popular page builders (e.g., Elementor, WPBakery, Gutenberg).
• Good understanding of WordPress architecture, database structure, and REST APIs.
• Knowledge of SEO principles, website performance optimization, and responsive design.
• Experience with Git or other version control systems (preferred).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with WooCommerce and e-commerce features.
• Familiarity with design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Photoshop.
• Understanding of headless WordPress and modern JS frameworks (optional but a plus).
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and time management skills.
