About the Internship:

Codecat is seeking passionate and skilled WordPress Developer Interns to join our in-house development team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on real-world web projects, sharpen your technical skills, and grow in a creative and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop responsive WordPress websites
• Customize WordPress themes, templates, and plugins
• Integrate and configure WooCommerce for eCommerce functionality
• Add and manage custom product pages, payment gateways, and checkout flows
• Optimize website performance and responsiveness
• Implement on-page SEO best practices
• Troubleshoot plugin conflicts and bugs
• Collaborate with design/content teams to build engaging user experiences
• Assist in building WordPress-based tools for SEO and analytics

Skills Required:

• HTML, CSS, JavaScript
• WordPress (themes, plugins, custom development)
• Bootstrap and/or Tailwind CSS
• Basic knowledge of SEO
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
