About the Role

We're looking for a creative, hands-on WordPress Intern or Junior Developer who can design and build websites that actually look good — not just functional, but visually polished. You'll be working on real client projects across the USA, Europe, and local markets, building custom websites primarily with WordPress and Elementor.

This is a learning-heavy role with real responsibility. If you love design, enjoy figuring things out, and want to grow into a strong full-stack web designer or developer — this is for you.

What You'll Do

• Design and build custom WordPress websites using Elementor (and Elementor Pro)
• Create clean, modern, user-friendly UI/UX layouts for landing pages, business sites, and portfolios
• Customize themes, work with plugins, and handle basic on-page setup
• Translate Figma/PSD or rough ideas into pixel-perfect Elementor designs
• Optimize websites for speed, responsiveness, and SEO basics
• Collaborate with our design, development, and content teams on live projects
• Suggest creative design improvements — we value people who think, not just execute

What We're Looking For

• Hands-on experience with WordPress and Elementor (must)
• Strong eye for UI/UX, layout, typography, color, and spacing
• Understanding of responsive design (mobile/tablet/desktop)
• Basic familiarity with HTML and CSS (bonus if you can write custom CSS)
• Ability to take design inspiration and build something original, not copy-paste
• Comfortable working onsite, night shift (6 PM – 3 AM)
• Willingness to learn fast and take feedback

Nice to Have (Encouraged, Not Required)

• Figma or Adobe XD experience
• Knowledge of Elementor Pro, custom widgets, or third-party add-ons (Crocoblock, Essential Addons, etc.)
• Basic JavaScript or jQuery
• WooCommerce experience
• Some understanding of business niches, branding, or digital marketing
• A personal portfolio, behance, dribbble, or GitHub
