WordPress Developer – Onsite (Johar Town, Lahore Only)

Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled WordPress Designer with 2 to 3 years of experience to join our team in Johar Town. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of web design principles, excellent graphic design skills, and proficiency in WordPress development. This individual will be responsible for creating visually appealing and user-friendly websites for our clients, utilizing WordPress as the primary platform. The WordPress Designer will collaborate closely with our development team and clients to ensure the successful execution of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop WordPress websites from scratch, as well as customize existing WordPress themes to meet client requirements.
• Create visually appealing website layouts, graphics, and user interfaces using Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar design tools.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their goals, preferences, and brand identity, and translate these into effective website designs.
• Implement responsive design principles to ensure websites are optimized for various devices and screen sizes.
• Customize WordPress plugins and functionalities to enhance website functionality and user experience.
• Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure websites are error-free and meet quality standards.
• Stay updated on the latest web design trends, WordPress updates, and best practices to continually improve design processes and deliverables.
• Provide ongoing website maintenance and support, including troubleshooting technical issues and implementing updates as needed.
• Communicate effectively with team members and clients to manage project timelines, expectations, and feedback.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a WordPress Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing WordPress websites you've designed and developed.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other web development languages and frameworks.
• Expertise in WordPress CMS, including theme development, plugin customization, and administration.
• Solid understanding of UX/UI design principles and best practices.
• Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Sketch.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment and interact professionally with clients.
• Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks efficiently.
• Bachelor's degree in Web Design, Graphic Design, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred).
