WordPress Developer (Paid Based on Performance)

ClickTake Technologies is looking for a WordPress Developer Intern who is passionate about web development and eager to learn in a professional software house environment. The internship will be performance-based paid — if your progress meets our expectations, you’ll receive a paid internship certificate and stipend.

Requirements:

• Must have own laptop.
• Basic knowledge of WordPress, Elementor, and website customization.
• Understanding of HTML, CSS, and plugins setup will be a plus.
• Strong learning attitude and ability to work on assigned projects.
• Must be punctual and available during working hours (10 AM – 7 PM).

What You’ll Learn:

• Hands-on experience with WordPress design and development.
• How to manage and optimize client websites.
• Exposure to Elementor Pro, SEO basics, and speed optimization.
• Working in a professional digital team environment.

Internship Duration:

3 Months (Extendable or convertible to a full-time paid position based on performance)

1. Internship Duration

The internship program consists of 3 months, designed to assess skills, provide training, and prepare candidates for full-time roles.

---2. Payment Policy

Month 1 – No Stipend (For Fresh Candidates)

If you are a fresh candidate with no prior experience, the first month will be unpaid.

This month is considered a skill evaluation and training phase.

Month 2 & 3 – Skill-Based Stipend

From the second month onwards, the stipend will be provided based on your skill level, performance, and productivity.

Interns who demonstrate strong skills may receive a higher stipend, while those still improving will receive a basic stipend.

4. Training Policy

If your current skill level is not sufficient to progress, the company will:

Provide complete training

Help you improve your technical and soft skills
