Job Description

We are seeking a skilled WordPress Developer who also has strong expertise in Social Media Management (SMM) and Search Engine Optimization (SEO). The ideal candidate should be able to build, customize, and maintain WordPress websites while actively contributing to digital marketing strategies across CIVITECH’s various ventures, including e-commerce projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, design, and maintain WordPress websites (themes, plugins, customizations).
• Ensure website performance, security, speed optimization, and responsiveness.
• Manage on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve ranking and visibility.
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and implement SEO best practices.
• Plan and execute social media campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.
• Create content ideas and coordinate with designers for social media posts, ads, and videos.
• Manage e-commerce website functionalities, product uploads, and updates (where required).
• Collaborate with management on digital growth strategies for all CIVITECH and associated ventures.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a WordPress Developer (minimum 2–3 years).
• Strong grip on Elementor, WooCommerce, theme customization, plugin integration.
• Practical experience in SEO tools (Google Search Console, Analytics, SEMrush, Yoast, RankMath).
• Good understanding of SMM, content planning, and running paid/social campaigns.
• Basic understanding of e-commerce platforms and online branding.
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and multitask across different projects.

Preferred Skills

• Graphic design basics (Canva, Photoshop) — optional but a plus.
• Familiarity with e-commerce product optimization.
• Creative mindset + interest in digital trends and online business growth.
