Perfect Web Solutions Private Limited is seeking a highly skilled and motivated WordPress Full Stack Developer to join our development team. The ideal candidate must have strong experience in both front-end and back-end WordPress development, including theme customization, plugin development, API integration, and performance optimization.

You will be responsible for building responsive, high-performance websites, maintaining existing projects, and collaborating with designers and developers to deliver modern, scalable, and reliable digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, customize, and maintain WordPress websites (themes & plugins).
• Convert Figma/Adobe XD/UI designs into fully responsive WordPress websites.
• Manage both front-end and back-end development, including server, database, and website functionality.
• Integrate third-party APIs, payment gateways, and custom modules.
• Optimize websites for performance, security, and SEO best practices.
• Troubleshoot issues, debug errors, and implement enhancements.
• Work with builders such as Elementor, WPBakery, Divi, or Gutenberg.
• Maintain documentation and adhere to development standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 2+ years of professional WordPress development experience.
• Strong command over PHP, MySQL, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and jQuery.
• Experience with WordPress theme & plugin development from scratch.
• Knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, AJAX, and API integrations.
• Familiarity with cPanel, hosting environments, website migration, and backups.
• Understanding of site security, speed optimization, and UX principles.
• Experience with Git/GitHub is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills (Optional):

• Experience with WooCommerce customization.
• Knowledge of React, Next.js, or Vue.js (bonus).
• Familiarity with Webflow, Shopify, or Wix is an advantage.
• Basic understanding of SEO & analytics tools.

Job Type:

Full-time (On-site)

Salary Range:

PKR 50,000 – 120,000 per month
(Depending on experience, skills, and portfolio quality)
