WordPress Intern

Description:

We are looking for a motivated WordPress Intern to join our team. This internship is perfect for someone who wants to gain hands-on experience in WordPress website development, blog content writing, and SEO optimization. You will learn to manage websites, create engaging content, and improve online visibility under the guidance of experienced professionals.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in setting up, customizing, and maintaining WordPress websites.
• Write and publish engaging blogs/articles aligned with our content strategy.
• Optimize content for SEO (Search Engine Optimization) including keywords, meta tags, and on-page improvements.
• Collaborate with the design and development teams to improve website functionality and user experience.

• Stay updated with the latest trends in WordPress, blogging, and SEO.

Content Standards:

• Follow WordPress best practices for themes, plugins, and site management.
• Ensure blogs are well-structured, plagiarism-free, and optimized for SEO.
• Maintain clarity, readability, and proper formatting in all content.

Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of WordPress (themes, plugins, dashboard).
• Strong writing skills with good grammar and creativity.
• Interest in SEO and digital marketing.
• Familiarity with content management and online publishing.
• Good communication skills and willingness to learn.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, or basic web design.
• Experience with SEO tools (Yoast, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Analytics, Search Console).
• Previous blog writing or academic project experience.
• Basic knowledge of Canva/Photoshop for blog graphics.

Note: This is completely remote internship you must own laptop and have good internet connection.
