We're Hiring: WordPress Intern (Remote)

carbonrepro, a growing IT and Digital Marketing company, is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic "WordPress Intern" to join our remote team and gain hands-on experience in website development and management.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in developing and maintaining WordPress websites
Install, configure, and manage WordPress themes and plugins
Update website content, pages, and media files
Support website customization using page builders such as Elementor
Assist in troubleshooting website issues and bugs
Optimize website speed, performance, and user experience
Ensure websites are mobile-friendly and responsive
Support basic SEO implementation and website maintenance tasks

Requirements:

✔ Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
✔ Basic understanding of WordPress and website management
✔ Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and website design concepts
✔ Strong problem-solving and attention-to-detail skills
✔ Good written and verbal English communication skills
✔ Ability to work independently in a remote environment
✔ Eagerness to learn and grow in web development

Preferred Skills:

Experience with Elementor, WPBakery, or other page builders
Basic knowledge of WordPress themes and plugins
Understanding of website hosting and domain management
Familiarity with SEO best practices
Knowledge of PHP and JavaScript is a plus
