WordPress & Laravel Developer (1–2 Years Experience)

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated WordPress & Laravel Developer with 1–2 years of professional experience to join our development team. This role is ideal for early-career developers who want to expand their expertise in modern web development, working across both CMS-based and custom PHP applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, customize, and maintain websites using WordPress and Laravel.
• Build and modify WordPress themes and plugins based on project requirements.
• Work on Laravel applications, including backend logic, API integrations, and modular development.
• Manage and optimize MySQL databases, including writing efficient queries.
• Collaborate with designers and developers to implement responsive and user-friendly UI/UX.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues and bugs.
• Write clean, maintainable code following best practices and coding standards.
• Participate in code reviews, team discussions, and project planning.
• Contribute to documentation and process improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1–2 years of hands-on experience in PHP, MySQL, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript.
• Practical experience with WordPress development (themes, plugins, custom post types).
• Good understanding of Laravel MVC architecture, routing, controllers, and Eloquent ORM.
• Basic experience with Git/GitHub for version control.
• Strong debugging, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Good English communication skills (verbal and written).
• Attention to detail and ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
• Experience working with REST APIs.
• Understanding of web security best practices.
