Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Mid-Level WordPress + PHP Developer to join our dynamic development team. You will be responsible for creating, customizing, and maintaining high-quality WordPress websites, with a solid focus on PHP development. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with designers, marketers, and other developers to bring creative digital ideas to life while ensuring performance, security, and scalability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop custom WordPress themes and plugins using PHP, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and the WordPress REST API.
• Build, test, and debug PHP code to implement website functionality and back-end features.
• Optimize WordPress websites for speed, responsiveness, and SEO best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to site performance, security, and compatibility.
• Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to implement user-friendly features and functionality.
• Maintain and update existing WordPress sites, including regular site audits and patching.
• Utilize version control systems such as Git for code management.
• Keep up to date with industry trends and WordPress core updates.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.
• 2-5 years of experience working with WordPress and PHP development.
• Strong proficiency in PHP 7/8, WordPress theme and plugin development.
• Solid knowledge of front-end technologies: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+).
• Experience with MySQL or similar databases.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and WordPress REST API.
• Experience with version control tools such as Git.
• Understanding of website security best practices and optimization techniques.
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
