Wordpress Project Manager (Remote)

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly proactive Internal Project Manager to work directly with our CEO and coordinate across multiple teams including production, design, and web development. This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless project execution for website builds and ongoing client projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive directives directly from the CEO and translate them into actionable plans for various teams (production, design, web development)

• Manage multiple website projects and ongoing client deliverables simultaneously

• Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely project delivery

• Monitor project progress and proactively identify potential roadblocks

• Report issues to management WITH proposed solutions (not just problem identification)

• Ensure quality standards are met across all deliverables

• Maintain project documentation and status updates using PM tools

• Foster collaboration and accountability across teams

Required Qualifications:

• 2-3 years of experience leading teams or managing projects

• Minimum 1 year hands-on experience with WordPress

• Minimum 1 year experience with Shopify

• Proficiency in project management tools (Jira, Asana, ClickUp, Monday.com, or Trello)

• Experience working with multiple CRM tools

• Background working in development/digital agencies

• Strong understanding of WordPress (PHP, MySQL) and Shopify (Liquid) development processes

• Exceptional problem-solving skills with solution-oriented mindset

• Ability to make timely decisions and work autonomously

• Experience working with or managing medium to high-caliber teams

Preferred Qualifications:

• PMP certification is a plus
