Job Opportunity: WordPress & Shopify Developer

We are seeking a talented WordPress & Shopify Developer to design and implement attractive, functional, and high-performing websites for our clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for both front-end and back-end development, including the integration of themes, plugins, and e-commerce functionalities, as well as ensuring site security, performance, and scalability.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop website front-end interfaces.
• Build and manage website architecture and database structures.
• Develop and customize WordPress and Shopify themes and plugins.
• Manage back-end tasks including server integration and database handling.
• Conduct website performance testing and troubleshooting.
• Fix content and technical issues promptly.
• Provide WordPress and Shopify training to clients when required.
• Monitor and optimize the performance of live websites.
• Ensure security updates and smooth integration of third-party tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 2–3 years of proven experience in WordPress and Shopify development.
• Strong knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery).
• Experience with code versioning tools (Git, SVN, Mercurial).
• Skilled in debugging tools such as Chrome Inspector and Firebug.
• Good understanding of website architecture, design, and aesthetics.
• Strong project management and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Experience with PHP development is a plus.

• Type: Office-based (not remote)
• Location: Office No. 7, 3rd Floor, VIP Plaza, I-8 Markaz, Islamabad
• Working Days: 6 days a week
• Timings:
• Monday to Friday: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
• Saturday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
