Role Overview

WholeRoute is hiring a WordPress Website Designer to build and maintain high-quality websites for our customers. This role is hands-on and fast-moving: you’ll manage active website orders, coordinate directly with internal teams, and communicate with customers to complete revisions and updates efficiently.

What You’ll Do

• Design and build WordPress websites and landing pages (modern, clean, mobile-responsive)
• Create custom page layouts, interactive sections, and polished UI details
• Implement custom animations and front-end behaviors
• Communicate with customers by email for revisions, feedback, and updates
• Work closely with upper management and sales representatives to manage website orders from start to finish
• Maintain and update existing websites as needed

Requirements (Must Have)

• Strong written and spoken English
• Proven WordPress design experience (themes/builders + custom work)
• Solid skills in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Experience building custom pages and implementing animations (not just template-only work)
• Reliable internet connection and a computer suitable for daily design/development work
• Strong organization, responsiveness, and attention to detail

Nice to Have (Big Plus)

• Webflow experience
• Most sites you’ll build are WordPress, but some legacy sites were built in Webflow and may occasionally need updates.
