Overview
We’re looking for a creative design-driven WordPress Website Developer to join our team onsite in Cherry Hill, NJ. This is a long-term career opportunity with room for growth. You’ll work directly with our team and clients to build and maintain professional websites for dental practices. What You’ll Do

• Build and maintain WordPress websites using best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve website issues (CSS, HTML, plugin conflicts, etc.).
• Ensure websites are clean, professional, and optimized for performance.
• Communicate effectively with clients to gather requirements and provide updates.
• Collaborate with our internal team to deliver high-quality web solutions.
• Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure website functionality and responsiveness.
• Optimize websites for search engine optimization (SEO) best practices to improve visibility.

Basic Qualifications

• Proven experience building WordPress websites - example(s) required.
• Professional design sensibility – no “goofy” or overly casual site styles.
• Strong understanding of WordPress, HTML, CSS, and basic PHP.
• Ability to diagnose and fix WordPress-driven technical issues independently.
• Excellent communication skills with clients and team members.
• Experience with front-end technologies including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery.
• Must be able to work onsite in Cherry Hill, NJ.
• Resume and cover letter required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with dental or healthcare websites is a BIG plus!
• Familiarity with SEO best practices.
• Experience with Adobe Illustrator for graphic asset creation and management
• Knowledge of website performance optimization.
