Wordpress Website Implementation Specialist

MUST BE IN ARIZONA.

We are seeking a detail-oriented WordPress Website Implementation Specialist to support ongoing client website updates, content edits, and page creation.

This role focuses on executing change requests, building new pages from provided content, and maintaining visual consistency across client websites.

This is a part-time position with strong potential to transition into full-time for the right person.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement client website change requests in WordPress
• Add and format new pages using provided content
• Update text, images, layouts, and sections across existing pages
• Maintain design consistency and responsiveness
• Assist with SEO-related formatting (headers, internal links, schema placement)
• Troubleshoot layout issues and minor plugin conflicts
• Support rebuild projects with page creation and content transfer
• Communicate clearly with internal team regarding completed updates

Required Qualifications

• 2–3+ years working inside WordPress
• Strong experience with page builders (especially Enfold / Avia preferred)
• Excellent attention to detail with layout and formatting
• Ability to follow design patterns and existing site structure
• Comfort implementing SEO-friendly formatting (H-tags, linking, spacing)
• Ability to manage multiple updates across clients without errors

Nice to Have

• Experience with healthcare or professional service websites
• Basic CSS knowledge for small styling fixes
• Familiarity with RankMath or Yoast
• Experience working in Slack, Asana, and Google Drive
• Understanding of website speed and mobile responsiveness

What This Role Is NOT

• Heavy custom development
• Complex JavaScript engineering
• Theme creation from scratch

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $24.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 25 per week
