About The Hub

The Hub is Pisgah’s adventure basecamp. We are a community of bikers and outdoor lovers, and everything we do—retail, service, coffee, beer, rentals, and hospitality—is designed to support great days outside and the connections that form around them.

Areas We Are Hiring For

We are looking for great people in roles such as:

• Baristas
• Bartenders
• Cashiers
• Sales floor / retail staff
• Bike rentals staff
• Bike mechanics
• Cleaning / facility support

You do not need to fit neatly into one box. If you think you’d be a strong addition to The Hub, we’re open to the conversation.

For some roles, experience matters a lot. For others, attitude, work ethic, and fit matter just as much. We are open to both experienced candidates and strong up-and-comers.

Connection to the Trails and Outdoor Culture

The Hub is built around the outdoor culture of Pisgah, and our team is part of that experience for our guests. We are looking for people who:

• are active trail users. Mountain bikers are strongly preferred; general cyclists and outdoor enthusiasts will also be considered
• have local trail knowledge or a clear intent to learn and regularly use the Pisgah trail system
• can engage authentically with customers about riding, trails, outdoor activities, and the local adventure community
