Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Account Coordinator to support account activities and assist with customer communication. This role focuses on organizing account activities, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring smooth follow-up on customer needs.

Responsibilities

  • Handle customer communication through phone, email, and communication platforms
  • Assist with account updates, scheduling, and follow-up activities
  • Maintain accurate account records and documentation in internal systems
  • Track open tasks and help ensure timely completion of assigned tasks
  • Work closely with internal departments to support account-related requests

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior customer service, account coordination, or administrative experience is a plus
  • Comfortable using computers, CRM software, and collaboration tools
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Organized, dependable, and detail-focused
