Summary

Responsibilities
- Handle customer communication through phone, email, and communication platforms
- Assist with account updates, scheduling, and follow-up activities
- Maintain accurate account records and documentation in internal systems
- Track open tasks and help ensure timely completion of assigned tasks
- Work closely with internal departments to support account-related requests
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior customer service, account coordination, or administrative experience is a plus
- Comfortable using computers, CRM software, and collaboration tools
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Organized, dependable, and detail-focused
